Matrimonial Law and Litigation

The Matrimonial Law and Litigation Department provides representation for a wide variety of domestic problems, including divorce, custody, support, protection from abuse, partnership and cohabitation agreements, prenuptial agreements, separation agreements, guardianships and adoptions.
