Our

technology, including computer companies, Internet service

their products and ideas around the world, and we work with them
to protect that technology through many different means.
Our
services to clients include the following:
-
Trademarks
-
Copyrights
- Trade Secrets
- Trade Dress
- Non-Compete Agreements
- Computer & Technology Law
- Licensing & Technology Transfer
B ecause of the unique issues involved in the creation and
protection of intellectual property, we use the services of
attorneys from many of our practice groups to assist clients
in developing appropriate and enforceable policies and
procedures. For example, attorneys from our business section
will work with attorneys from our labor and employment group
to ensure that policies properly balance employee and
employer rights and obligations with respect to intellectual
property.
