The Pension and Employee Benefits practice group
provides practical legal solutions for pension and employee
benefit plans, including
planning, drafting, administration and compliance.
We offer extensive experience in a variety of complex regulatory matters
involving pension and retirement plans, nonqualified deferred
compensation plans, and life, health and
disability welfare benefit plans. Our
clients include individuals, small businesses, large
corporations, insurers, municipalities, and non-profit
organizations.
We
work closely with our clients and their actuaries and
accountants to ensure
compliance with the Internal Revenue Code, ERISA, GUST, COBRA, HIPAA,
EGTRRA, PBGC and other federal and
state laws governing pensions and employee benefits. Our
attorneys regularly practice before various courts and
administrative agencies, including the Internal Revenue Service
and the Department of Labor.
