Attorney Bob LeSuer moderated a seminar entitled "Sorry Seems to Be the Hardest Word", presented by the Coalition of Attorneys and Physicians in Erie ("CAPE") at the Sheraton Erie Bayfront Hotel. The seminar examined the various legal and ethical issues relating to health care providers offering apologies to their patients following incidents of malpractice. The seminar was attended by over 75 attorneys and physicians. Bob is currently serving his second term as President, and was a founding member of, CAPE.
