Richardson Appointed by PA Bar Association President

Elderkin attorney James H. Richardson has been appointed to the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Collaborative Law Committee by PBA President Forest N. Myers, Esq.  The purpose of the Committee is to “address current issues regarding the collaborative law dispute resolution process; educate attorneys and the public about the collaborative law dispute resolution process; recommend standards of practice for attorneys using the collaborative law dispute resolution process; and monitor, propose, and/or support legislation or rules of court that further the development of the collaborative law dispute resolution process.”   Jim is also a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Preofessionals, and is active in the Collaborative Professionals of Northwest Pennsylvania.
