Richardson Appointed to Statewide Alternate Dispute Resolution Committee

On April 8, 2014 Elderkin Attorney Jim Richardson was appointed to the Pennsylvania Bar Association Alternate Dispute Resolution Committee.  The primary purpose of the Committee is to encourage the widespread use of the ADR processes throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  The Committee focuses on the appropriate use of ADR by PBA Members in representing their clients, in serving as "neutral" participants (such as mediators) in the ADR process and in the overall resolution of disputed issues.
