Attorney James H. Richardson, Jr. conducted a seminar entitled "What Family Law Attorneys Need to Know about Lawyer and Judge Discipline," for the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section in Hershey, Pennsylvania. Attorney Richardson coordinated the seminar, moderated the panel, and was one of the faculty presenters. Other members of the panel included the Chief Counsel to the Disciplinary Board of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Deputy Chief Counsel to the Judicial Conduct Board of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
