Elderkin attorney James H. Richardson, Jr. was elected to the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section on July 14, 2013 at the Section's Annual Conference.
The Family Law Section focuses on the development and practical working of the law relating to marriage, divorce, child support and domestic relations generally, as well as the law concerning adoption and juvenile delinquency. The Section is devoted to enhancing the ability and integrity of the attorneys who belong to the organization, as well as advancing the cause of family law issues in the Commonwealth.
