Richardson Receives Collaborative Law Practice and Mediation Training

April 7th, 2014, 1:11 PM
Elderkin attorney Jim Richardson recently participated in a seminar focusing on advanced strategies for mediators. Mediation is an alternative resolution dispute process whereby a neutral, third-party mediator assists parties in reaching an amicable resolution of disputed issues.   A quality mediation will facilitate effective and respectful communication between the parties, so that a relationship between the parties can be maintained after a mediated settlement is concluded.

Attorney Richardson has also received Collaborative Law Practice training, and is an active participant in the Collaborative Professionals of Northwest Pennsylvania organization.
