Your summer at Elderkin will provide you with a diverse experience that is representative of what it will be like to work as part of the Elderkin team if you return as a lawyer after graduation. Your summer experience at Elderkin will provide you with a broad range of experiences in many areas of law. You will be provided the opportunity to assist in the preparation of pleadings, attend depositions, trials, motions practice, and many other aspects of the practice of law. As a summer clerk at Elderkin, you will work with a diverse cross-section of lawyers, clients, and practice areas, and you will also be directly involved in meaningful assignments of direct relevance to our clients.
