Because of the unique issues involved in the creation and protection of intellectual property, we use the services of attorneys from many of our practice groups to assist clients in developing appropriate and enforceable policies and procedures. For example, attorneys from our business section will work with attorneys from our labor and employment group to ensure that policies properly balance employee and employer rights and obligations with respect to intellectual property.
