Elderkin attorney James H. Richardson, Jr. published a Case Note Annotation in the September 2015 issue of the Pennsylvania Family Lawyer magazine, on the decision of Morgan v. Morgan, 117 A.3rd 757, a Pennsylvania Superior Court Opinion issued on May 28, 2015.
In Morgan, the Appellate Court determined, sua sponte, that an award of attorney’s fees was justified at the Appellate level for obdurate, vexatious, and dilatory conduct in a child support proceeding.
