Richardson Appointed to Statewide Judicial Evaluation Committee

The Pennsylvania Bar Association has recently appointed Elderkin attorney James H. Richardson, Jr. to serve on the investigative division of its Judicial Evaluation Commission ("JEC").  The JEC rates candidates running for judicial seats on Pennsylvania's appeals courts, including those seeking to be retained in office.  The ratings consider a candidate's legal ability, experience, integrity and temperament.
